I was appointed as Deputy Director under Economic and Employment Division in The Socio-Economic Development of the Indian Community Unit (SEDIC), Prime Minister's Department. 1) Establishing a work plan to set up, educate and attract savings among IB40 through RM 500 Mil PNB Fund & 1.5 Bil for all Malaysian Indians2) Increasing the proportion of Malaysian Indians in public service (targeted 7%)3) Entrepreneurship Funding & Training5) Officer in charge for Parliamentary Question, Cabinet paper and ministerial related work. 6) Work closely with all media partner to promote, create awareness about government initiative.7) Process and Monitor Entrepreneurship development projects that have been funded by SEDIC to 39 NGOs.

Ensure that the operations functions of the SEED Secretariat are run effectively and efficiently so that each operational division performs in terms of their strategic plan, developmental plan and operational plan objectives.2. Maintain the administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison on all SEED affairs at a level acceptable to the CEO / Senior leadership Team
