Managed an internal training team developing and delivering bespoke programmes aligned to operational excellence projects including SMED, changeover reduction, yield improvement, labour optimisation, line balancing etc. Reporting to the Group HR Manager worked with key business stakeholders to develop and implement the Group L&D strategy. Led the development and launch of a suite of group wide management training programmes designed to provide underpinning knowledge and develop practical skills to support the business strategic cost saving and operational improvement targets.Responsible for the Graduate Accelerated Management Scheme including recruitment, assessment, placements and the Graduate Training Programme.

I left the organisation around the year 2000 having been raised as a member and am no longer associated with the group. I include this period of my life within this organisation as part of my profile because as a change specialist this was my first and probably most important change of my life and I still learn from it today. This was a formative although painful part of my life which left me with few career opportunities and many unfulfilled promises. Being a publisher of the organisation involved public preaching and attending meetings. Over this period I operated as a full time Pioneer and Ministerial Servant which for me involved giving public talks, leading a book study group and leading a theocratic ministry school.

Business start-up. Grew the customer base from scratch to servicing hundreds of clients a year. Development of business processes and management of systems. Managed operations and finance through to a successful sale of the business.
