Susan has spent over 23 years building her reputation as a curious thinker and motivated problem solver who is solution-driven, patient-focused and enjoys building and mentoring small to large teams and individuals in clinical operations environments. As a former Study Coordinator, with a unique professional background overseeing Phase I to IV clinical trials, Susan is able to engage and manage all levels of a global team in biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device programs across multiple therapeutic areas, including oncology, cardiovascular-metabolic, infectious disease and central nervous system disorders. Susan helps clients develop and execute clinical trial plans that optimize resources, market potential, timelines, and quality. She was an early influencer in the development and utilization of telemedicine and mobile nursing to harness the commitment to patient care and patient retention in clinical trials. She is experienced in the engagement of local and global fast track strategies; KOL relationship building; RFP initiation through budgeting and vendor management. She is passionate about enhancing patient advocacy and engagement, as well as leveraging innovation and technology, to streamline processes and improve outcomes. Some of her spare time is spent mentoring and coaching students and young professionals about career paths and people-management skills.
