API Integrations: Build integrations with common providers (Quickbooks, Google Maps, Mapbox, Salesforce) and industry related softwares. Provide assistance and documentation to companies who want to integrate with our API and build out additional endpoints for them as needed. Day to day: Developing new tools for our users: New payment methods, updated online signature systems, new API integrations, new business reports, maintaining sales site. Managing, merging, and releasing git branches as needed. UI’s built with user safety and convenience in mind, reducing risk of inadvertent data modification and need for support. Finding and fixing errors and bugs via our logs, ideally before they become large widespread problems. Also created internal company tools for our customer support team to interact directly with the database and perform their jobs quicker and easier. Database: Create redundant storage in DyanmoDB for information submitted to 3rd party systems. Create custom MySQL queries to generate reports and manipulate data as needed.Cost Savings: Created a solution to reduce our Google Map API hits, saving our company 80% on our monthly Google Apps bill.
