Lead Aviation Advisory by providing expert airport management advisory and consulting services. Our offerings encompass a broad spectrum of solutions, including Airport Operations, Customer Experience (CX/PX) enhancement programs, Airport Management Technology(ies), Integrated Facility Management, and Mobility solutions.

Led Managing Agent contract for the airport's FM division by leading a dedicated team of 34 airport consultants and SMEs in enhancing Airport Operations, Capital Projects, HSQE, Digital Transformation, Process Improvement, and Quality Audit programs.

Responsible for overseeing the management of the facility management service provider (JCI) and the primary assets of the airport terminal, including the terminal facility, IT infrastructure, and apron. • Managed airline operations team of Flight Dispatchers, Flight Followers, Maintenance Support, Crew Schedulers to maintain routine flight schedule and best On-Time Flight Performance (over 80%).• Forecasted show-stoppers such as maintenance, weather, crew issues during Irregular Operations(IROPS) and recommended recovery plans to maintain integrity of the corporate schedule and to maintain effortless transition of passenger connections.• Effectively managed and communicated with national and trans-border government agencies (CBSA, FAA, USCBP, GTAA, NAV Canada etc.) to meet regulatory requirements of special flying permits for commercial flights impacted due to bad weather and/or maintenance.

• Coordinated and provided airport and en-route navigational data on 194 domestic and international airports to dispatchers who require such data to process flight planning packages.• Fuel Optimizer Project: - Conducted fuel consumption research and presented statistical studies on airport navigational data for Fuel Optimizer (website application); a software developed to save minimum $6 million CAD/year on fuel usage.• Assisted in data collection, entry and analysis of Crew Alerts (CA), Company Notam (CN) using air Canada Software and in overfly permits for seasonal and new destinations.• Assisted in fuel-savings efficiency studies (data collection, analysis and presentation) on Embraer- 175, for Sky Regional airline.

• Assisted with planning, development and management of college events and activities.• Communicated with potential sponsors for sponsorship in council run Food Bank program for students.• Attended board meetings and participated in financial plannings of over $1 Million on different projects and activities.• Provided direction to executive council on business issues and on planning strategies to increase participants and membership.• Gathered and analyzed student feedback data to develop future programs for efficient use of student activity fees.
