Leading and managing key technical relationships with mobile network operators throughout EMEA region. Focusing on developing 5G, NTN, LTE, NB-IoT, IMS technologies.Major responsibility areas include:• Developing and managing long-term technical and strategic relationships with carriers in Europe and MEA through the promotion of MediaTek’s cellular modem technology and innovative solutions. Constant technical alignment and roadmap updates.• Working as a technical account lead for major operators (Orange Group, CK Hutchison, MTN, vodacom, stc, Zain among others), including collection of technical requirements from the network and product teams and helping them to analyze network KPIs.• Working on feature field and lab trials with operators and network infrastructure vendors• Helping to improve the commercial quality of MediaTek modem features• Supporting OEMs and operators with modem technology and chipset roadmaps, carrier RFP responses, TA testing, training, workshops, and system-level performance evaluation.• Running FWA/CPE program through EMEA, India, and APAC regions• Working closely with other MediaTek locations to provide best practices/lessons learned.• Collecting government certification requirements, designing suitable solutions to comply with regulatory requirements• Participating in industry eventsParticipating in the creation of technical materials for MediaTek public website and internal workshops

I was the head of the Technical Solutions team of MegaFon R&D division. The team was working on: - tracking all industry trends, participating in events such as MWC, constant knowledge exchange with industry partners- creating concepts to become parts of the technical policy of the company- delivering RFIs/RFPs and subsequent analysis of the answers- maintaining technical expertise to assist MegaFon O&M units in solving problems- technical solutions development from idea to implementation in the live network- standardization of the technical approaches- testing solutions and equipment in the laboratory which completely retains MegaFon live network environment- describing technical implementation of the services requested by the marketing department- creating requirements for enhancements for the existing equipment- making HLDs for new services and equipment
