I was responsible for the National, Retailer and Fleet Marketing with a combined six figure budget. I worked with the heads of marketing, operations and planning to develop brand and tactical campaigns that ultimately delivered traffic to the retailer network. Managing the creative and media agencies in 2009, we delivered a successful tactical schedule that delivered from ‘08 – ‘09 an increase of nearly ½ million (33%) website visits, an increase of 90,000 brochure downloads (117%) and an increase of 18,000 (60%) test drives. This helped the brand raise market share from 1.7% to 1.88% and take a 3.3% market share of the scrappage incentive scheme with over 80% of that being conquest business. We launched our new crossover vehicle Yeti including TV, social media sites, press, point of sale and a national promotional campaign. For the network we delivered quarterly advertising templates, direct mail and point of sale to compliment the national tactical and launch activity. I developing an email template system for the network to help increase prospecting activity, monitor campaigns and reduce marketing costs.I wrote a fleet marketing planning document and developed a range of collateral and materials for the fleet sales team, including a web based e-marketing tool which allows them to target and communicate with prospects and customers. In 2008 we delivered a bespoke web area for our fleet sales department which gives Fleet managers and drivers all the information they’d need, including the ability to compare our products. In 2007 we launched the new Fabia. I was part of the team that created what was voted by the UK public the second best TV advert of the decade, where we built a full scale replica of the car from cake. This advert delivered massive response rates not only in the UK but globally, winning a number of international advertising awards, with forums and various postings on YouTube and social networking sites talking about it and the brand.

We also conducted a piece of consumer research during the testing phase of the Locator to deliver an improved search engine for Used Car buyers.I took the Audi Used Car Point of Sale through a seven company tender process and appointed a new supplier. Through our agency I delivered the Advertising Guidelines for all used car marketing materials. I delivered the marketing plan for a National Used Car Event; combining an aftersales service offer with the event for the first time and had 100% participation from the network. New contacts to the network for the week rose by over 15%, conversion rates increased by 10% to 35% and we achieved 1256 sales during the week of the event which equated to an increase of 150%. As a Regional Marketing Manager, I was responsible for 24 Audi dealerships. I worked with the Area Sales manager to help the centres achieve their targets. I focused on lead management and CRM programs, along with supporting national tactical programs and developing marketing plans. I was involved with the operational Market Area Partner strategy and delivered the launches of A6, A3 Sportback, A4 and new TT.
