As the AVP - Process Excellence & Digital Transformation responsible to drive transformation across HSBC through Process Re-engineering, Transitions, Automation, and Data Analytics / Visualization. I led a globally spread, diverse team of consultants on such business critical projects. Couple note worthy projects are: - Customer Journeys’ Transformation (aligned to HSBC's 2030 Plan), for HSBC Retail Operations; which has reduced resource footprint and saved millions through business recharge saves. - Group wide tax reporting transformation program - Identified Application Programming Interface (API) instances and oversaw their development, Digitally enabled the back-office with AI / ML and Intelligent Automation solutions; resulting in sizeable reduction in Ops footprint and our Cost to Serve significantly.In this role, I was one of the 7 members across HSBC, sent on a fully sponsored 1 Year Post Graduate Program in Business Excellence through Digital Transformation; with Warwick Management Group (WMG), UK. I'm also the recipient of the “HSBC Xempler Award” for spearheading a successful pilot in the MENA region; which became a business case for a wider program covering 24 countries.

This was a dual hatting role - As a Principal (Innovation) Consultant, I was into creating industry specific innovative solutions leveraging Augmented Reality (AR), Internet of Things (IoT), and Cognitive Analytics. I have led POC engagement as part of Innovation Lab as a Service offering of Wipro. Received “Archimedes Award” in recognition of outstanding achievement as the PrincipalConsultant. Joined back Wipro Consulting (through a Pre-placement offer) as a Lead Consultant in their Business Performance & Management team; aligned to the Energy & Utilities vertical. Some note worthy projects which were delivered are: - Customer Experience Management (CEM) Reviews for UK's largest utility into water & waste water services, which resulted in Contact center FTR improved by 18% & Complaints Management TAT reduced by 10% - Business Process Reviews for Australian major into Energy Generation & Retailing (and) their New Zealand based operations; resulting in improvement in Offer to Order TAT; Faster Complaints resolution & Improvement in their NPS score - Supply Chain Review of a Southern UK based Utility solution provider; which included reviewing & improving all aspects of the supply chain & embedding smart meters & related changes into BAU processes

As the Business Intern, was into market research, on Technology Research & Advisory Industry; in South East Asia. My team & I created a growth strategy & road map, to increase market share and improve brand recall for F&S. The project was awarded Best Summer Project Award for identifying critical business areas / processes re-haul; and recommending best practices to enhance the GTM strategy.
