I am an experienced IT Leader with a skillset that I've built over the last 25 years. I started my career on a help desk, and thanks to a never ending drive to grow and be better went as far as owning my own business where I've helped clients grow their organizations using well thought out technology roadmaps that we worked together to build. I'm passionate about coaching and mentoring employees to help them be more successful, because my success is tied directly to theirs. I've held many different roles in my career, most recently serving as a hands on CTO/CIO.In addition to that marvelous skillset, I tell very corny jokes, play guitar horribly, and love DC and Marvel movies. I am also a loving father and husband, and thoroughly enjoy the perks and benefits that come along with it, specifically in celebrating the luxury of wearing cargo shorts on regular basis and occasionally "old man shoes". I'm not certain what the latter half of that sentence means exactly, but I'm rolling with it regardless.
