Scott’s recent Achievements include developing and delivering a training package for a complex call center solution globally. He has also worked closely with a financial services company to develop a successful, sustainable governance and administration model brining together disperate divisions, roadmaps, and visions into a single shared environment with lots of overlap. Scott had the pleasure of working closely with Chatter as it began to take off by developing a solution for a clients internal sales summits, reducing their cost of print materials and enabling the conversations to continue and foster relationships well beyond the event.
