I began my long standing career with Prudential Insurance as a Debit Field Agent and over the years branched out into Financial and Estate Planning. I helped to develop retirement plans as well as Living Trusts and Wills for my clients.I assisted families and business with insurance and financial service products for their retirement, insurance, estate and financial planning needs.From 1985 - 1992: As V.P. of Admin. at United Calif. it was my responsibility to oversee all administrative detail and functions as well as maintain my own clientele.Provided ideas, concepts and creative solutions to businesses and families with respect to their Estate Planning, Financial Planning and Retirement needs.

I was tasked to rebuild divisions/regions that were lagging and bring them into a profitable position as fast as possible, within a one year window. It was my job to identify problems and create intelligent solutions to overcome and implement those solutions.As a Regional/Divisional Manager for the Recycler Classifieds, a free classified advertising auto magazine, my region exceeded profit expectations within eight months of operation. Our division used "free" classifieds and paid ads to drive readership to our paper. It was my responsibility to find creative ways to motivate my telephone marketing sales staff and to motivate our customers (businesses) to continue to place their ads with our paper. My team grew the region with double digit growth of 45% increase in sales over an eight month period.At Harte-Hanks, Inc., a Fortune 500 company, I was Regional Sales Manager for the Southern California division of the PennySaver USA a Shopper Magazine, with revenues over $900 million annually, where my team worked to earn double digit profits and I was awarded the prestigious President's Club Award in 1997. I was the only divisional head to earn a profit for the organization in that year! I was responsible for interacting with our sales force in driving increased readership through creative ad projects, via display advertisements within the shopper magazine. Our division interacted with the business community to creatively provide ways for business to get their message out to their communities and consumer base through our Shopper Magizine. My team grew sales from $48k per week to $70k per week within the first year. It was my job to identifiy problems and create intelligent solutions to overcome them. I was responsible for forecasting regional sales, budgeting, operations, employee relations, recruitment, training, monthly regional forecasting reports, sales and profitablity analysis of region's performance, and sales representative reviews.
