Over my career, I have worked in a variety of roles across multiple industries:I have worked in the Insurance industry for more than 15 years in a variety of roles, ranging from Claims Management, Third Party Recoveries and Payment Auditing, to Broking Support and Operational/Strategic initiatives.In the Property industry, I managed large teams for the largest provider of settlement services in Australia, ensuring the delivery of the full range of settlement services. This role included a period as the State Operations Manager with full P&L responsibility for South Australia & Northern Territory.In the Public Sector, I worked in the field of Teacher Registration / Regulatory requirements. I led the Teacher Registration team, which covered both co-ordination of high-volume processing whilst maintaining strict adherence to requirements when assessing applicant qualifications and suitability to teach.- I combine a pragmatic, versatile and commercially astute approach with substantial leadership and business management experience.- I am organised, decisive and pro-active, with a demonstrated ability to deliver results.- My Client and Stakeholder focus has guided my purpose.- I have been a people leader for over 18 years and derive much satisfaction in supporting colleagues in their personal and professional growth, both directly and through development courses I have delivered.- I have been trained in and retain a very strong focus on process improvement.
