I am currently a Lead Finance Analyst at Depuy Synthes (J&J) supporting the commercial selling Trauma & CMF team where I manage sales forecasting and direct expenses budgeting. I attended West Chester University, graduating in May 2016 with a double major in Finance & Economics. I graduated from Delaware County Community College in 2014 with a degree in Business Administration. I completed my MBA through Wilmington University in December, 2020. I worked in the Healthcare/Security field for a little over seven years. In 2017, I started at Herr's as a staff accountant processing payroll and commissions and delivering metrics for Scan Based Trading (SBT) customers and inventory. Two years in, I transitioned into finance as a Financial Analyst where I partnered with all different areas of the company to help drive profitable growth, continuous improvements and analytical insight to drive business decisions. I then took a Senior Accountant role responsible for many aspects of the close, all financial reporting and as well as managed AP and Accounting Floater Team, a team of four. My last role at Herr's was a Sales Finance Manager where I partnered with sales leaders to drive mix, volume and price impacts that contributed to bottom line growth.
