I initially worked in Business Development and Engineering at the Scoresby site (The Natural Confectionery Co. & Pascall). Here I helped manage the implementation of several NPD projects from a site perspective. Next I spent 7 months at the Claremont Cadbury site leading a focused improvement project to improve efficiency of a key moulding and packaging production line. The follwoing 3 months were spent at the Port Melbourne site (Peanut Butter, Vegemite, Snackabouts, Salad Dressings) in a Reliability Engineering role where I focussed on decreasing changeover time on the Peanut Butter line. Finally I worked in Auckland in a Business Analysis role, focussing on promotional effectiveness and pricing.
