This is a senior staff level position that manages and supports the six P&L’s within the Energy Services Division: Industrial Solutions, Dresser, Digital Energy, Measurement & Controls, Environmental Services and the Core business which equates to 7 billion dollars of the 18 billion total for Energy Services. Coordinate the recruiting for internal positions for skilled and specialized jobs by tapping into talent and creating a pipeline within GE or locating external talent from related industries. Maintain engagement and inclusiveness through employee involvement and employee relation activities both regionally and globally. Create and maintain communication pathways and plans for multiple managers and executives. Provide information, and consulting to GE Officers, Senior Executives, Executives and Managers on Policy, Procedures and on career paths or direction. Coach and provide guidance for every level of management with disciplinary actions, up to and including terminations.
