With over 20+ years of working for companies such as General Electric, TE Connectivity, and IDEX Corporation, I have increased my Human Resource Executive Management experience and knowledge through people & organizational development, business strategy, project management, and the desire to create a world-class organization. While working in HR, I have gained experience and depth through a variety of roles with increasing responsibilities and scopes, from maintaining a 3600ee+ multi-site workforce to being an International HR Leader with clients groups spread globally in 140 countries within 170 facilities. Aspects of employee relations, recruiting, counseling and balancing headcount needs throughout all of these roles has proved to be dynamic and rewarding. Paramount learning in compliance with multiple country and legal entities involved when dealing with employee and headcount issues to ensure the integrity of the company. Provide coaching and consulting to Company Officers, Senior Executives, Executives and Front Line Manager’s on Policy, Procedures and on career path interpretation. Administrating policies/procedures and maintaining consistency by continual gauging and recalibrating best practices and benchmarks within the industry. Continuing the status of employer of choice by facilitating, creating and developing career paths, skills up grades, course development and training.
