As the Senior Director of Learning Design and Innovation at UVA, I lead a team of in-house staff, service providers, and vendors to create and maintain UVA's online and hybrid offerings. The focus is on leading a creative, cross-functional team supporting the design and development of learning products and solutions that align with the strategic vision of.

I am responsible for the entire scope of service for MBU’s online learning experience and digital products. I serve as a functional leader overseeing a concentrated, integrated, and empowered cluster of in-house teams and service providers. Under my guidance, these teams/providers are responsible for the imagining, creation, delivery, and ongoing quality.

Founding member of Mary Baldwin University's Learning Design Team. As the AVP of Learning Experience, I am responsible for and work with leadership to create and ultimately to oversee the entire scope of service for MBU’s online and hybrid learning experience and other digital products.
