I help clients organize and structure businesses and represent them in a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, securities compliance matters and private equity investments. My clients are involved in energy services, exploration and production, technology and manufacturing and distribution. My experience as a tax accountant and knowledge of GAAP and SEC accounting regulations provide a deep understanding of my clients' financial statements and are invaluable in working with their accountants.
