During the last 6 months I have been working in a project run by Deloitte for Yorkshire/Clydesdale Bank. The project involves case handling and dealing with customer complaints with regards to mis-sold payment protection insurance. The job involves extracting data from customer's loans, mortgages or credit cards and gathering all the relevant information in order to calculate how much the customer will be compensated. I would then complete a checklist which I a report for the next stage of the investigation process. Some aspects of the job role include:Gathering relevant paperwork and date regarding customer’s loans, mortgages and credit cards for PPI; use of over 25 computer programs including as Excel (SAS and Autoscore), Microsoft Office, Livelink; meeting targets set by the FCA in a fast-paced, pressurising environment whilst maintaining 100% accuracy; exceptional eye for detail and upkeep with policy change on a daily basis.I thoroughly enjoy the constant policy change and fast-past environment of banking and my great attention to detail made me continuously hit targets set to me. Continuous change allows me to remain focused at all times while maintaining quality and accuracy standards. My quality is at 100% in which I would rarely make errors. This role involves great organisational skills in order to ensure that key deliverables are met.
