Expedites delivery of materials and equipment by contractors.- Monitors progress and initiates corrective action to ensure timely performance and completion of all contractor’s work.- Coordinate field inspections by design team and independent and jurisdictional agencies.- Review and approve subcontractors progress claims.- Witnesses subcontractors testing.- Initiates/participates in deficiencies check lists.- Assure that “As Built” information is kept and submitted by the subcontractors.- Assure that underground services locates are carried out and identified on site and on “As-Built” record drawings on site.- Operate with broad management authority, receiving little technical guidance, control and administrative direction. Control is aimed towards the assessment of the achievement of project objectives, and adherence to corporate policies and procedures.

Attend and participate in safety programs and training as required.- To implement and maintain project start up.- To coordinate RFI process and maintain RFI logs.- To assist with budget and scheduling implementation responsibilities.- To liaise and work with Sub Trades, Consultants, Engineers, and Clients.- Manage change order process, contemplated change orders, respond to on-site instructions, change directives and keeps both the Project Manager and Site Manager informed of any changes.- Process shop drawings and samples as per contract documents and updates shop drawing logs. - Monitoring and updating required schedules that are critical to project completion. - Process owner, consultant, and contractor minutes of weekly project meetings. - Coordinate permits issued for construction drawings and permit sets of drawings.- Participate in tender process and subcontractors bid analysis. - Assist the Project Manager with all project administrative tasks. - Attend project coordination and owner, contractor, architect, and engineer meetings as required.- To prepare and coordinate project close-out documents and review of deficiencies.- Maintain positive relationships with colleagues, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly and to resolve concerns promptly and efficiently.- I operate with broad management authority, receiving little technical guidance, control and administrative direction. My control is aimed towards the assessment of the achievement of project objectives, and adherence to corporate policies and procedures.- To assist with the take-off for new project proposals and closing of project bids.
