My team were responsible to grant infrastructural prerequisites (like select, plan capital, procure and install crane), process instructions and tooling for the manufacturing operators. Parallel to keep up to date all of these, including shop floor control system and follow the product changes.Beside of the main, daily activity I was nominated to be the Industry 4.0 (and 5.0 :) ) lead for the site.In this position I had the chance to be familiar to a lot of new technologies, like collaborative robots, RPA automation.Leading the Industry 4.0 transformation also means organising I4.0 workshops and increase the embrace level of new technologies through educational initiatives and reward system.Under the I4 focal point umbrella, I was able to establish (of course with the help of lot of fantastic colleague) a client center that was aimed to organise client visits to present IBM solutions and manufacturing site.I was able to meet a lot of great angineer and clients form the industry.
