This positional has responsibility for total Project control from the initial point in marketing through to the final closeout and transition from construction to occupancy by Owners or tenants. This includes the effective follow up on any required warranty work.

Responsible to interact with Owners, developers, Architects and Consultants. Prepare Proposals and interviews to ensure desired successful outcome. Develop conceptual budgets and schedules, and assist in design development determining the most advantageous construction means and methods. Review Drawings for accuracy, completeness, and economic feasibility. Develop scopes and schedules and define contracts with sub-contractors. Administrate sub-contract agreements reviewing and assisting in Project management. Provide review of the draw requests and conformance to legal statues and lien requirements to provide adequate Owners protection policies. Establishing warranty process and practical turn over procedures at Project completion.
