Planning, Stock maintenance, Buy/Sell-cars, accountancy, linking to all kinds of external resources and hour-registration are the main disciplines of the application.We have implemented a periodic report on calls statistics, support enquiry categories and logging ratio.To lay down the foundations of a controlled environment I implemented an in-house developed support tool that integrates the CRM, contact tracking, scheduling, fulfilment, email, phone routing, PBX-control (Dial-control and Call-ID recognition) with the licensing and billing system that where already in place.An structured feedback loop back to development for further improvements based on user requirements has been placed together with a structured licensing process that links into the financial department.
