To be successful in Project Development I work with new and existing clients to find the best project fit for our NGC construction teams. I assist owners and developers throughout the project lifecycle from the initial idea through opening, while simultaneously doing whatever I can to assist the NGC team to have a successful project that is both profitable and finishes on time. Whether I am reviewing a site or concept plans for constructability or working with our estimating team to prepare budgets or our construction team on project challenges, I use my experience and other resources to develop trust and a great working relationship with the client, the design team and our amazing construction teams.

Project manager for NGC focused on projects and growth in the Colorado market primarily in the hospitality and multi-family markets. Over the past five years we have gone from a single project with one local employee to having a team of local construction professionals consistently acquiring and completing projects with new and repeat clients.

As a Sr. Project Manager in the Animal Housing group, I was responsible for executing large capital projects for the company including the creation of specifications and plans, budgets, assisting in development of a cost analysis to verify a return on the company's investment and field execution of the work with a team of contractors. Additionally I was tasked with taking the lead on identifying facility repair needs and projects, develop accurate cost estimates, locate resources, acquire funds and execute the work. Other tasks included oversight and development of a small team of regional project managers including work load management, quality control, coaching and goal development and implementation. Additional key duties included timely and clear communications to project stakeholders, project scheduling, budget management, resource development, field quality control, facility inspections, educating myself and my team on animal science as it related to our projects and participation in strategic company initiatives.

Leading the execution of both private and public projects throughout the country. Owners included US Navy, US Army, NAVFAC, Bureau of Reclamation, universities, community colleges, public & private high schools, cities, counties & state municipalities. Project work included conceptual design, budgets, permitting, detailed design & site execution. Complete leadership of design/build, turnkey, fast-track and traditional design/bid/build projects. Certifications included OSHA 30-hour safety, Corps of Engineer's Construction Quality Management. Created and implemented quality control programs and safety programs for projects.
