The division also purchased older dry cleaning machines and fitted modern systems of filtration to them. My job included disassembly and remanufacture of dry cleaning machines to meet revised EPA standards. This included adding filtration and distilling systems to very old and basic machines. The job involved electrical wiring, plumbing for perchlorethiline, layout of refrigeration systems and prepping the machines for paint.
