My journey at Camp Jorn has allowed me to develop and implement programs that not only teach teamwork and leadership but also inspire personal growth in every camper. My approach is rooted in a deep commitment to creating memorable experiences that leave a lasting impact on both participants and staff.With a background in political science and public policy, I bring a unique perspective to leadership development. My hands-on experience in legislative processes and customer service has further honed my ability to manage diverse teams, navigate complex challenges, and communicate effectively across all levels. Whether I’m mentoring counselors, leading teenagers through transformative experiences, or engaging with customers, my goal remains the same: to foster environments where individuals can realize their full potential.I’m always seeking new opportunities to expand my skills and contribute to meaningful causes.
