As an entrepreneur I was managing multiple ebay stores.My key responsibilities and duties were:1. Product Strategy:- researching of new market niche on ebay;- searching profitable consumer products from different suppliers for selling on ebay;- comparing advantages and disadvantages our potential products with the competitors on ebay;- measuring the exact market niche in quantities of sales and revenue;- making decisions to add products to the store catalog;2. Listing management:- creation of titles based on the keywords analytic and deep understanding of the product;- creation of the description, including using keywords and the symbols requirements;- creation informative main picture to maximize chances for clicking on the listing from the ebay search results;3. Order management:- Automation order creation at the supplier website (except coding);- Automation adding tracking numbers (except coding) on ebay (using ebay API and Rakuten Logistics API)4. Procurement from China:Creation from the scratch procurement from Chinese manufactures, including:- hiring Chinese-speaking employees;- creation needed IT infrastructure (except coding);- creation all business processes from finding multiple manufacturers to delivering products to warehouses in the USA;- finding all partners:local partners in China for products fulfillment;multiple options in delivering products from China to USA (DHL, Express, DHL Ocean, local partners);fulfillment partner in the USA (Rakuten);- initial and ongoing negotiations with partners: DHL Express (air), DHL Ocean, Rakuten Super Logistics;5. Customer Support:- hiring and training employees - creation responding templates to our Support team;- creation templates for closing open cases on ebay in the store's favor; - creation of Refund policy (including partial refunds);

Cross-border marketplace with 5M SKUs.I was responsible for international logistic of consumer products from US to Russia.I set up US company and launched warehouse in Delaware, US.I also supervised content department of more than 5M SKU (tech specs, reviews, pictures, Pros and Cons).

Price comparison service in local stores with 700 point of sales and 60 000+ SKUs.Was responsible for partnership with local and online stores and user generated search tools.
