As an entrepreneur I was managing multiple ebay stores.My key responsibilities and duties were:1. Order management:- Automation order creation at the supplier website (except coding);- Automation adding tracking numbers (except coding) on ebay (using ebay API and Rakuten Logistics API)4. Procurement from China:Creation from the scratch procurement from Chinese manufactures, including:- hiring Chinese-speaking employees;- creation needed IT infrastructure (except coding);- creation all business processes from finding multiple manufacturers to delivering products to warehouses in the USA;- finding all partners:local partners in China for products fulfillment;multiple options in delivering products from China to USA (DHL, Express, DHL Ocean, local partners);fulfillment partner in the USA (Rakuten);- initial and ongoing negotiations with partners: DHL Express (air), DHL Ocean, Rakuten Super Logistics;5. Customer Support:- hiring and training employees - creation responding templates to our Support team;- creation templates for closing open cases on ebay in the store's favor; - creation of Refund policy (including partial refunds);
