Achievements:• Completed audit of health information systems in two regions of Russia.• Created a strategy for the development of the regional segment of the Unified State Healthcare Information System. • Formed portfolio of projects.• Created and supported financial and economic justification study.• Carried out functional modernization of the unified informational system of two Russian regions. Completed development of a complex solution in the following areas of rendering medical services: polyclinic, emergency medical care, laboratory research, radiology, central archive of medical images, electronic medical record, preferential drug provision, telemedicine, cardiology, oncology. Implemented functionality allowed medical workers to switch to the “single window” format.The following directions have been formed:• providing medical information and reference services to people;• coordination of medical centers;• check the quality of medical care;• providing high-tech medical care to residents of the region;attract and retain medical personnel to budgetary medical institutions of the region.

Satisfaction of external business customers according to the annual KPI is 90% (target 80%).• Consolidation of accounting systems of the consolidated funds (two major mergers).• Modernization of Hardware and Software infrastructure to ensure high availability under load.• Unification of the Software information technology landscape.• Implementation of CRM for customer service.• Several successfully passed inspections by regulatory authorities without concerns to the IT department.Over the years of work in the IRF, a number of projects have been implemented that allow the Fund to hold a leading position in the market.

During my work at the bank, projects were successfully implemented for the complex automation of business processes for the sales of both its own and third-party products; the document flow of the company has been automated, the procedures for scoring and collecting debts have been automated; systems for remote banking services, processing were implemented; the business processes of the IRF of the same name were automated. I also gained good experience in the financial sector.
