Theplaintiff sued on behalf of a putative class of consumers against a large nationalchain, alleging mass illegal text messaging and claiming $55,000,000 in damages. The plaintiffvoluntarily dismissed the case, with no payment.• Represented investment trust and founding executives of an acquired technology startup in a dispute against the parent company involving breach contract claims, complex earn-outcompensation issues, and wage and wrongful termination claims. Settled after one day of trial.
