The plaintiffvoluntarily dismissed the case, with no payment.• Represented investment trust and founding executives of an acquired technology startup in a dispute against the parent company involving breach contract claims, complex earn-outcompensation issues, and wage and wrongful termination claims. Settled after one day of trial.
