Current• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sourcing, creative, and sales, to coordinate the development of new physical products.• Market Research within Category• Draft Launch Plan / GTM Strategy and Forecast Revenue Projections for launch +12 months ensuring 20% GP3.• Conduct Due Diligence on Compliance Documentation for country of launch • Oversea sample production and test quality through physical inspection of items• Negotiate rates, MOQ, lead times and payment terms with new suppliers• Optimize packaging dimensions with suppliers to minimise storage costs / FBA fee• Oversee packaging designs and content for copyrighting to ensure packing compliance with EU/UK/US standards• Monitor production, and ship production samples to creative team for photoshoots and videography.• Provide necessary documentations to freight forwarders for optimal mode of transport.• Analyze sales metrics, customer feedback, and profitability data to drive decision-making and optimize product launches.• Provide support in the creation of go-to-market strategies to maximize sales potential with senior leadership.• Perform data analysis and maintain reports on market trends and product performance using Excel and other data tools.• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and speed up time-to-market for new products.• Maintain progress and track team KPIs on ClickUp.
