Method Development and Validation as per ICH Q2 for GC and HPLC to determine trace levels of API, intermediates or solvents for the purpose of cleaning validation within a controlled environment.Method Development and Validation as per AOAC guidelines for determination of bioactive compounds incl. plant sterols, fatty acids and tocopherols/tocotrienols for HPLC and GC-FID within a research environment.Extensive experience in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of analytical equipment and methods, particularly HPLC and GC instrumentation and related methods.Experience in cleaning validation as well as preparation and review of validation documentation for analytical method validation and equipment installation/PM. Experience in preparation and execution of IQ/OQ/PQ scripts/documentation for software validation.Labware LIMS administrator: set-up of static data, LIMS basic programming skills. Experience creating and using ELNs within LIMS. Training staff in routine use of LIMS. Writing and execution of validation protocols.Using stable isotope ratios for determing the turnover times of bovine and ovine muscles. Reconstruction of cattle diets using bovine hooves. Creation of a model to distinguish the origin of chicken using stable isotope ratios.Statistical analysis: good working knowledge of Matlab, SPSS; basic knowledge of SASSpecialties: thinking outside the box, multi-tasking, team player, attention to detail
