Leverage Lean and conversational UI techniques to explore concepts and language. For two years of my experience at goBalto I managed product management and marketing to ensure that early-adopter customer requirements were properly synthesized and implemented; I conducted market analysis to ensure those early adopter requirements were compatible with industry trends. I lead efforts to engage a PR firm to expand the brand’s reach and implemented Hubspot to enable the monitoring of website traffic, then redesigned the marketing site to better generate and manage leads. Created a taxonomy (information architecture) for a single-source content management system for user learning, certification materials, and videos to increase the team's agility to produce documentation and improve the customer’s learning experience. During my tenure, we scaled the product from a single pilot client to achieving product-to-market-fit (the product eventually was adopted by top pharma clients in the space and eventually acquired by Oracle).
