Lead memory system technology for chipset division and mobile wireless ecosystem • Create and implement specifications enabling modular memory systems with support for both high speed volatile and non-volatile memory.• Developed memory cards to support LPDDR4, LPDDR3, LPDDR2, LPDDR, DDR4, DDR3, DDR2, PSRAM, UFS, eMMC, NAND and NOR memory types. Delivered low power parallel memory bus running at 1.6GHz and low power serial memory bus running at 5.8GHz. • Significantly improved longevity of memory used in system-level test automation by developing hardware to improve pogo pin engagement.• Design hardware tools enabling memory breakout and testing options.• Engage with Emulation Platform team to develop early hardware for support of new memory technologies.
