General Manager And Company Secretary
Current- My role involves developing and implementing strategic initiatives in consultation with the Board. As General Manager and Company Secretary, I work with multiple stakeholders to deliver the RAHS core goal of promoting.
- Managed operational changes to ensure our four employees and thirty volunteers deliver membership publications, events program and online content to past and new audiences in cost efficient ways that are operationally.
- Developed reporting pack for board so they had better transparency on finances, key performance indicators and the status of all projects.
- Developed reporting pack for board so they had better transparency on KPIs
- Developed a fundraising program for our heritage-listed premises and secured $3 million in donations
- Secured $200,000 a year in funding to support local and community history projects through grant schemes administered by the RAHS on behalf of the NSW government
