With over 30 years of experience in corporate leadership, finance, and governance, I have developed and employed Systems Thinking in all aspects of operation and project execution for a publicly listed company, both as CFO, CEO, and Director.I have created value by designing and implementing Strategic Plans that encompass the broadest possible understanding of the interaction between key systems and their drivers. I have also built and led cohesive teams that challenge each other and themselves to achieve better results, by communicating effectively and sharing experiences. As a Member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and the Forensic Expert Witness Association, I apply my expertise and insights to support and advise organizations in various industries and sectors. Additionally, as an Adjunct Professor at Point Loma Nazarene University, I mentor, coach, and teach students in Communication, Public Speaking, Debate, and Critical Thinking.
