I assist managers during busy days by floating to whatever role I am needed in. I acquire change for cashiers, give refunds when necessary, and deal with guest concerns. I also build and schedule movies during my time in Booth. On certain days I can be tasked to take inventory of products in the building or help place orders for concessions items. As head of Marketing, I manage the poster closet and organize the lobby posters and the outside posters; I also stay up-to-date on AMC brand marketing campaigns.

As a crew member, I worked in both the concession stand and as an usher. In the stand, I assisted guests by taking their orders, making various hot foods, and directing them to their auditorium. I also assisted in crowd control by opening tickets-only lines at applicable times. As an usher, I cleaned auditoriums after each showtime ended, ensured the lobby was tidy, checked restrooms, and checked in each auditorium frequently for a screen check, crowd check, and temperature check. During peak times, I also helped stock the concession stand.
