I focus the Breakline team on digital transformation solutions used to acquire, retain, and grow customers across a variety of best in class platforms.Our team has developed the Breakline Flow Manager; a scalable and extensible framework for developing trusted government solutions on the Salesforce platform and the Breakline Service Platform; a high volume, low latency platform for federated distribution and management of customer proprietary data, competitive data, disclosures and personalized user experiences.I leverage and build technologies such as customer data analytic platforms, A/B Testing tools, web-based analytic frameworks, recommendation engines, machine learning platforms and data warehouses. I also design and implement omnichannel engagement strategies for financial and ecommerce companies. This includes understanding specific user behaviors and then delivering both unique and segmented contextually aware user experiences.

With a background in product development and resource and risk management, in addition to extensive experience within a variety of sales and marketing channels, my efforts positioned Fusebox as a thought leader with clients in finance and ecommerce.I've shown particularly innovative leadership in the development of financial services technologies, including real-time trading systems, business intelligence and reporting, and compliance regulation. I spearheaded Fusebox's software development strategy, most notably in the areas of "software as a service" (SaaS) and rich internet applications (RIA), consistently providing new methods of data delivery for companies, employees, retailers, and consumers. I conceived, architected, managed, developed, and sold several SaaS based adtech and content delivery platforms to highly regulated clients that led to hundreds of millions of dollars of new assets for them. I also led the DevOps strategies at Fusebox including the creation of integrated cloud computing systems, data center and server virtualization technology, and data integration using a variety of Service-Oriented Architectures.

Siftee is a social media discovery and curation service primarily focused on allowing users to analyze their follower base to grow relevant connections based on a variety of user and machine defined metrics such as follower count, post count, sentiment analysis, and network strength. Steve was responsible for the API with over 30 endpoints and a backend utilizing a variety of enterprise class services such as Oauth identity services, large scale data store via MySQL and NoSQL databases, caching, as well as indexing and retrieving faceted data via the Apache Solr search engine.

I architected a novel submarine system consisting of an array of smart sensors (the predecessor to the Internet of Things) to measure and react to vibrational patterns. When the AT&T business unit was to General Dynamics, I was a key member of the integration team that interfaced between R&D and manufacturing in order to commercialize the subsystem.

I performed design and integration of mechanical subsystems on naval submarines at world renowned research center Bell Labs. I looked for relevant harmonic modes in subsystems and capitalized on these modes to suppress them where applicable. Overall, my contributions help to increase operational performance two-fold by exploiting such recognized patterns in the data.
