 Analysis factory production Costing, Productivity, manpower analysis, risk factors of an order. Follow up with Commercial supply chain team to ensure smooth backward linkages support for the production. Prepare Bill of materials, PO for the production. Follow up and maintain co-ordination with each team from order initiation to closing. Business communication with buyers, assist to implement their production findings. Ensure Shipment, inspection schedule Considering buyer requirements and capacity of factory production. Prepare production plan considering dead line of an order and also target to meet the monthly production for profit maximization of the organization. Follow up with authorize team to ensure all up to date documents like BSCI, Bonded Warehouse, Fire audit, Compliance for keeping workable environment for the production. Ensure all required raw materials, Chemicals, tools like Last, Knives, outsole, Foam, machineries, Common materials ,Packing materials, adhesives etc in timely to keep uninterrupted production flow. Analysis APPMPH during production to check weather it is going in the right way or not and take any initiation to mitigate the production backlog. Ensure all production documents to production floor like production advice, order sheet, contract sheet, packing instruction, sequence of production etc to maintain smooth production . Control the materials wastages during production. Evaluate the order with closing summary and analysis the profit/loss in order to implement the learning in future production.

 Follow up materials inhouse from the suppliers as per order requirement. Updating database of vendors and suppliers in time to time as well as analyzing and selecting those parties according to the requirement. Ensure materials for all types of sample (New development, existing, confirmation, test etc). Ensure approved swatch for every sample and prepare record file. Share the swatch with respected departments. Co-ordinate with buyers for approval of materials. Follow up the stock of materials and suggested according to the upcoming and present production situation. Coordination with buying house QA or 3rd Party QA for initial /Mid and final inspection of shipment. Full fill the other responsibilities according to the order of superior.

 Daily production and standard quality follow up as per buyer requirment Attend with Buyer meeting regular basis for new development/buying and followup points for implementation. Checked the quality of all materials/components as per sample and Buyer’s requirement before starting the bulk production. Co-ordinate with factory operation to meet the shipment dead line.
