Assisted with the education and distribution of audio tours during featured exhibitions at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Through the use of audio tours, users can hear commentary about the art to enhance their experience. I supported eight highly profiled exhibitions, which have included works by Cézanne, Picasso, Renoir, and Rembrandt. My responsibilities included teaching visitors how to use the audio tour device, answer general questions about the exhibit and the museum, troubleshooting devices, and inventory management.
