As VP, professional Services at XIM, Inc I have been managing and growing company’s professional services business for close to a decade. I have been managing a team for more than 200 IT professionals that serves variet of XIM’s clients. You'll be working with the team of developers and designers to coordinate and facilitate everything from initial client engagement to delivery and maintenance. My accomplishments at XIM include:• Successfully launched more than a dozen new consulting practices for a variety of clients from the ground up, with annual revenues of over $10 million. • Developed solution market offerings including sales and delivery collateral, SOWs, service briefs, customer presentations, delivery guides and tools. Market offerings include IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management, RFID/Asset Management, PMO & Governance, and Project Management Standards.• Led the development of Intellectual Property around IT Asset Management Best Practices including process flows, policies & procedures, and roles & responsibilities.• Engaged in all phases of the business development cycle including customer qualification, solution architecture, RFx and SOW development, and sale closure.
