• Experience working on donor funded projects (GEF-8, GCF & TCPs);• Understanding of FAO Project Cycle, FPMIS, etc• Support Basic Process to the Climate Change, Environment and Natural Resources Management Programmes • Part of the Project Management Unit (PMU) under the GCF funded project: Preparing for Public and Private Investment in Sustainable Green Infrastructure, Green Open Spaces and Urban Agriculture for Adaptation and Mitigation to Climate Change in Urban and Peri-Urban Communities in Eswatini;• Support in literature searches and data collection;• Assisted in project closure processes, budget revision;• Basic understanding and knowledge of Project Cycle;• Assist in concept note & proposal development for resource mobilization;• Assist programme officers in GRMS processes, registration of NSTs;• Conducting literature searches and facilitation of data collection; • Assist in the development project masterplan through the preparation of SWOT analysis, theory of change, etc;• Experience in development of Note for Files, Post Factum memo, Letters of Agreement (LoA), Procurement Request, etc.;• Provide support in preparation of project annual work plan, budget estimation, etc.;• Assist in preparation of reports (BTORs, Monthly Reports, Annual Performance Reports, etc);• Facilitate stakeholders' consultation through workshops and meetings;• Assist in stakeholder mapping exercises with Ministry of Agriculture officials; • Assist the project coordinator organize meetings, events, and workshops

• Support the development and implementation of policy and advocacy strategies and the development of policy recommendations based on sound research and analysis;• Collaborate with the communications team as directed to develop and deliver advocacy messaging that is compelling and effective;• Work with the membership team to engage members and stakeholders in advocacy efforts, and build a coalition of supporters to advocate for policy changes;• Monitor policy developments and trends, and stay up-to-date with emerging issues that are relevant to the CSET Youths objectives;• Track and report on policy and advocacy progress, make recommendations for improvements.

• Member of technical working team for the development an emergency petroleum product supply plan and operation modalities for the national strategic oil reserve facility project;• Provide technical and report writing support on the national Energy Masterplan 2050 document, Analysis of charts and tables and interpretation; • Collaborate with colleagues on the latest national Energy Balance preparation & write up;• Involved in the development of long-term Energy scenario in Eswatini • Member of the technical working group for the development of a Short-term Generation Expansion Plan (SGEP)• Part of Regulatory Accounts System Review Team for national fuel pricing;• Technical working group member for the World Bank Multi-Tier Framework Energy Access Survey – data analysis, report writing, data cleaning and validation using IBM SPSS Statistics software;• Contribute research and reporting support on policy consultant procurement documents, Terms of Reference, etc;• National Fuel volume evaluation and monitoring;• Provide support on the Gender Mainstreaming in the Energy sector in Eswatini under the World Bank sponsored project NRAP – report writing, data analysis and consolidation, media support, organization & planning of events, co-ordination with relevant stakeholders;• Support staff for content creation for the integration of gender and energy into the primary education curriculum project;• Daily monitoring of Fuel Price changes using Basic Fuel Pricing
