Responsibilities:lead, coach & motivate the project team including external and internal team to realize project requirements (Schedule, Quality and Cost); to implement all PJM related key processes, e.g. IPD, NPI, Change Control, Project Status, etc. and provide input to drive improvement; to drive the finalization of the upfront product definition (e.g. commercial specification, User requirement specification, Value Proposition House, Marketing introduction plan, etc) to support the project execution; to formulate overall project plan (including project time line, resources, etc) with the team and other relevant external parties; to manage overall project risks (e.g. Commercial risk, financial risk, etc); to provide regular, comprehensive, and accurate project status report (with quality, risk, planning etc); to ensure project progress is shared with the top-level owner and all relevant stakeholders; to facilitate understanding of the progress and the request for prompt support (escalation) when needed; to drive the quality process to ensure compliance to quality and specification to meet customer’s expectation (i.e. Quality plan formulation and review process, DFSS tracker, Design review and maturity follow-up, NPS, etc). Major Achievements: 2015---Lead the whole team to successfully launch E6 with google cast&spotify audio streaming (CES award 2016);2014---Lead the whole team to successfully launch the world's thinnest sound bar HTL6140B, Ultra-slim sound bar HTL7140B;2013---Lead the whole team to successfully launch the world's first SOD Cinema Sound Systeam CSS7235Y which won CES award 2014 (Best of CES2014), Engaget Readers' Choice Award, Best Innovation in MedPi, iF Awards, 2012---Lead the whole team to successfully launch the world's first SOD (surround on demand) sound bar model HTL9100 which won EISA award 2013, CES award 2013, GIO award 2013 and the first place in 2012 CDC Competition of Philips Lifestyle Entertainment);

Major achivements: 2011---Led the team to complete the Black Belt project and help save around 200K EU and get Black Belt certified by Philips;2010---Worked as the key driver at site level to improve FMEA practice;2009---Successfully took over the quality job from Singapore team for DVD/BD business and make the market return of DVD player equal to 1/3 of industry average figure;2008 to 2012---Led the quality team to make the DVDP (DVD portable) market return equal to 1/3 of industry average figure.
