I started in the insurance industry 30+ years ago because I felt that I could make a difference in people's lives. I now know that this is true whether it is consulting for an organization, leading people, or simply providing knowledge that is transparent. Finding a person and organization that has integrity and works for what is best for the client with a complete suite of solutions available is tough.
