After nearly 10 years in construction industry, I decided to make a transition to the software industry mostly due to the fact that IT is one of the fastest-growing sectors in the world.I decided to become an HR manager at Ludotech because it is a young and perspective company whose values and vision, share by its founders David & Bruno, are very aligned and compatible with my own set of values. I am focused on constant personal education and development with the need to be a better supporter to others.
