  I now have line management responsibilities which includes training, three month reviews and appraisals. I am accountable for the largest revenue generating activity at the Chartered IIA which is annual renewals, this involves vast planning and huge preparation effort, working with other internal stakeholders to ensure this project runs smoothly. I will also be managing a series of other processes including our specialist services for Heads of Internal Audit and group membership.
