Current• Building long-term partnerships with international agents, hotels, corporate clients & tour operators.• Working alongside the Operations teams to ensure clients requirements are met efficiently and accurately. • Generating sales from incoming requests, controlling payment and booking processes, & managing the transfer itinerary from start to finish. • Gathering competitive data, market related news, and trends, to share with the Operations Team. • Providing customer support for corporate clients in emergency situations. • Creating & adding new products into the B2B system to expand company offers and attract new markets. • Processing, reviewing, and accurately adding partner documentations into the system. • Travelling to different cities in Cyprus and other countries to establish new partnerships.• Maximizing revenue by establishing corporate deals with transportation providers and international travel aggregators.• Managing CRM accounts.
