Currently working as a Quality Control Engineer at EIDB. I am responsible for supervising shop floor, 5S in shop floor, control the rejection during inline production and pre-dispatch inspection. Handling and usage of quality instruments such as Surface Roughness tester, Profile Projector, Boregauge, Pneumatic Gauge ,Hardness testing machine etc. Basic understanding of Geometric dimensioning and tolerance. Responsible for conducting calibration activity for all inspection,measuring and test equipments. Handling of customer complaints. Responsible for prevention of defects and correction of error for incoming quality control, process quality control, final quality control, and pre-dispatch inspection. Responsible for Maintaining all documents related QC department.
