As Chair of the International Baccalaureate Mentorship Conference, I spearheaded a large-scale initiative designed to facilitate the seamless transition of high school students into the rigorous International Baccalaureate Program. By leveraging strategic leadership, I cultivated an environment of excellence and growth, ensuring that each participant—student, mentor, and educator—was fully supported throughout the process.My key responsibilities included:Strategic Planning and Execution: Developed and implemented a comprehensive strategy that aligned with the overall mission of the IB program, ensuring that the conference was impactful and met its goals.Leadership and Team Management: Led a multidisciplinary team of over 150 volunteers, mentors, and educators. I coordinated efforts across various functions to ensure all tasks were completed efficiently and to a high standard.Program Development: Designed and organized a series of interactive training sessions, skill workshops, and collaborative group discussions tailored to the specific needs of students and mentors. These sessions were crafted to empower participants, foster academic excellence, and build essential skills for success in the IB program.Public Speaking and Advocacy: Delivered keynote addresses and facilitated discussions with over 400 students and 70 staff members, where I shared my vision for the future of the IB Mentorship Conference. I also advocated for continuous improvement of the IB experience through innovative mentorship practices.Impact Assessment: Post-conference, I conducted a thorough impact analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of the event. The insights gathered were used to make data-driven recommendations for future conferences, ensuring ongoing enhancement of the mentorship program.By continuously driving innovation and excellence, I am proud to have contributed to the enduring success of the IBMC and its pivotal role in shaping the future of IB students.

As the Head of Media for the SOAR Leadership Conference, I played a pivotal role in shaping the visual and narrative identity of an event designed to ease the transition of Grade 7 and 8 students into high school. This annual conference, focused on leadership development, is a full day of engaging and transformative activities that encourage students to step out of their comfort zones and embrace the next chapter of their academic journey.Key Responsibilities: Creation of 14 separate promotional videos as part of the SOARMAS Christmas theme reveal.Managed the entire filming and production process, from conceptualization to final cut.Produced an introduction video that set the tone for the conference, as well as a recap video showcasing the legacy of past SOAR conferences.Led the videography and editing of the closing ceremony video, capturing the highlights of the day and creating a memorable finale that resonated with participants.The media content I produced significantly enhanced the conference’s reach and engagement, making the SOAR Leadership Conference a memorable and impactful experience for all attendees. My ability to blend creativity with strategic communication ensured that the event’s core values were effectively conveyed through every video, leaving a lasting impression on the students as they embarked on their high school journey.

Overseeing the finances, marketing, and education of the Turner Fenton Chapter. Managing 80 members actively participating in weekly trainings with 1 of 10 trainers to help gain the knowledge to succeed in the Canadian National Leadership Conference.

Alongside being a leader in my school's FBLA Chapter, I was competing in the National Competition. During this time, I was introduced to various aspects of Personal Finance and real-world experiences that help build vital skills for my future. During the CNLC Competition I placed Third out of 90 competitors in order to qualify for the National Leadership Conference.

As a dedicated tutor at Kumon, I have the privilege of guiding students through their academic journeys, helping them develop strong foundational skills in math and reading. With a personalized approach tailored to each student's needs, I foster an environment where learning is engaging and empowering. Through patience, encouragement, and effective teaching strategies, I contribute to students' academic success and confidence.

As a member of my school's HOSA chapter during the 2022-2023, my team won the national HOSA competition (SLC), qualifying us to represent Canada on the HOSA International Stage in Dallas, TX.
