As the Head of Media for the SOAR Leadership Conference, I played a pivotal role in shaping the visual and narrative identity of an event designed to ease the transition of Grade 7 and 8 students into high school. This annual conference, focused on leadership development, is a full day of engaging and transformative activities that encourage students to step out of their comfort zones and embrace the next chapter of their academic journey.Key Responsibilities: Creation of 14 separate promotional videos as part of the SOARMAS Christmas theme reveal.Managed the entire filming and production process, from conceptualization to final cut.Produced an introduction video that set the tone for the conference, as well as a recap video showcasing the legacy of past SOAR conferences.Led the videography and editing of the closing ceremony video, capturing the highlights of the day and creating a memorable finale that resonated with participants.The media content I produced significantly enhanced the conference’s reach and engagement, making the SOAR Leadership Conference a memorable and impactful experience for all attendees. Overseeing the finances, marketing, and education of the Turner Fenton Chapter. Managing 80 members actively participating in weekly trainings with 1 of 10 trainers to help gain the knowledge to succeed in the Canadian National Leadership Conference.

Alongside being a leader in my school's FBLA Chapter, I was competing in the National Competition. During this time, I was introduced to various aspects of Personal Finance and real-world experiences that help build vital skills for my future. During the CNLC Competition I placed Third out of 90 competitors in order to qualify for the National Leadership Conference.
