Reporting to the Account Manager, and responsible for all steps associated with the identification, placement, and management of contingent employees. The ability to develop strong communication channels with internal and external clients is crucial to business success. To achieve this, the incumbent must provide “World Class Service” to contract employees and clients by earning their respect, acting with the greatest amount of professionalism and expressing the highest sense of urgency.
