To make sure that every SKU (stock keeping unit) or sizes of the product is delivered in the right place and on right time.3). Deal with the Distributors and the Retailers.4). Maintain a proper rapport between the distributor and the retailer. 5). Solve their personal or any business related issues.6). Generate Leads.7).Meet and exceed Sale of the Products.8). Negotiate all contracts with the retailers and the distributors.9). Maintain positive business relationship with the distributors and the retailers. 10). Make sure the Distributor and the retailers are provided with proper benefits as well. 11). Ultimate goal should be the satisfaction of the customers. 12). Make sure that every outlet in the respective zone is covered with at least one SKU of our product. 13). Check the stock daily . In every outlet as well as in the Distributors godown. 14). Be present and active in the unloading process. Inorder to avoid any fraud. 15). Make sure there is no infiltration going on around your business areas. 16.) Report to the Regional Sales Manager or Area Sales Manager daily. 17). Prepare monthly and weekly report. 18). Obtain deposits and balance of payments from the Distributor and the retailer on time. 19). Calculate Return on Investments.20). Visit the Distributors office daily and talk and discuss with them about the measures that needs to be taken inorder to increase sales.21). Answer the Distributors and the retailers about the credit terms, products, prices and availability.22). Evaluate needs of the Desired product.23). Be a good mediator between the Management and your Distributors and retailers. 24). Make them feel that you are always there. Gain their trust. 25). Guide the salesman about the guidelines of the company if changed or added to make better sales.
