1.Project Name : 2X660 MW Chhabra Thermal Power Plant.Role & Responsibilities:  Making Instrument list and I/O list from P&ID. Handling DCS, Unit control panel, large video screen, IT hardware Ethernet & Fiber optic cable packages. Floating enquiry to the vendors. Clarifying technical specifications with vendors.2. Project Name : 2X700 MW Rajpura Thermal Power Plant.Role & Responsibilities:  Hands on experience on MHI DCS DIASYS Netmation software. (FBD logic) Checking of IO list (Modules position nos., TB nos.) Preparation of Progress report, test procedure. Preparations of logic sheets (Templates, MSS sheets, double redundant logic sheets, triple redundant logic sheets, Phase plates, drive logic sheets). System hardware configuration in DCS software. Preparation of Graphics screens as per P&ID & getting approval from MHI (Group structure, Standard loop & Electrical screens, Link graphics to the logic) Software testing & rectifying the problems (Testing of individual equipment’s, Drive level testing, ASL level testing, Subgroup level testing, Group level testing). HP feed water system, LP feed water system, Auxiliary system, HP extraction steam flow, LP extraction steam flow, DM plant, Clarified water system & Potable water distribution system testing. Involvement in FAT (with customer). Configuration of PI server. Communication of Plant Information (PI) system with DCS through OPC. Create PI interface for different OPC. Create attributes & put those in respective element by mapping with PI points. Create PI point in System Management Tool (SMT). Create Performance equation tag in SMT. Create graphics screens for PI system. Link graphics with PI tags. Site commissioning experience (software).
